Born in Cleveland, Robert’s resume spans the gamut including actor, teacher, mime, mechanic and pilot. Even though he flies Jets for a living, he still finds time for teaching flying and acting. Robert started his acting career in the theatre playing Shakespearean roles including Romeo, Caliban and Benedict. After working in theatre, Robert’s daytime career started with his role as Sam Fowler on the now defunct daytime drama, Another World.  After he left Another World, he joined the daytime drama Days of Our Lives, where he took over the role of Bo Brady from departing actor, Peter Reckell. He was in the role for 3 years and then replaced when the original actor, Peter Reckell decided to resume the role.  After a return to his former soap Another World, playing a new character with dual roles, Robert joined the cast of daytime's General Hospital in the role of Stavros Cassadine, his favorite role. This led to guest appearances as Stavros for the next two years.  Most recently Kelker-Kelly returned to General Hospital, reprising the role of Stavros Cassadine, for the show's 50th Anniversary.  In addition to Kelker-Kelly's acting roles, he is an experienced pilot. His piloting career has been varied as well, including instructor, pipeline pilot, freight dog and now biz jet pilot. He currently flies Learjet 60's for a charter company in St. Louis, Missouri and has flown all over the northern hemisphere from Grenada to northern Canada. He also picks up and delivers small aircraft anywhere in the country.
