Doug Davidson joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in May, 1978. He is the longest-running male cast member of the #1 daytime drama. His character, Paul Williams is adored by millions of fans worldwide. He was won four Soap Opera Digest awards and is a four-time Emmy nominee, winning Best Actor in a daytime drama in 2013.
From 1994-1995, Doug hosted a syndicated prime-time version of "The Price is Right," and was won of the top contenders to replace Bob Barker in the daytime version. He also appeared on several episodes of "Family Feud" in the late 80's and early 90's with fellow Y&R cast-mates, donating any winnings to charity.
