A discussion-based on how individuals react to change in their organizations. Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement programs require individual employees to change their approach to their jobs, accept new job roles, and be put into new teams or all combination of all three! We will explore challenges individuals face as they spiral through the change process and how to proactively address these issues at the individual level. We will also examine tools to help individual associates deal with change more effectively.
