When You Have a Dream--At Any Age--There is a Definite Path to Achieving It

Why do people say, "When I retire, I will do what I want"? Why when a child says, "I want to be..." do many people want to tell them it is just a dream. We need to give children confidence to do everything possible to achieve their dreams and we need to follow our dreams when we have them; age is not a factor. We can make a difference at any age and following your dreams can be easier than you think. Serena Star-Leonard is a business coach and the best selling author of two motivational business and lifestyle books: "How to Retire in 12 Months: Turning Passion into Profit" and "How to Succeed in 12 Months: Creating a Life you Love."

In April 2012 she and her husband John left their home and possessions to travel the world, filming documentaries of people who make a difference to their communities. Their adventures have brought them through 26 countries since then, filming in some of the remotest communities and meeting some of the most inspiring people on earth. 

They have spent time off the tourist trail in orphanages, slums, jungles and remote highland villages, even in a brothel and a prison. Every month filming inspiring new stories of triumph of those dedicated to empowering disadvantaged communities and the conservation of animals and the environment.

They carry their office with them and have made a lifestyle out of a passion project. In late 2015 Serena and John launched Travel Kids Club, a charity project designed to inspire a generation of socially conscious and compassionate kids who are excited about the amazing world we live in.
