PEP Talk: Live from the Waterfront Caucus

What do you call a random group of political troublemakers in a bar...apparently the Waterfront Caucus?  There's no agenda, no membership, no rhyme or reason...just an opportunity for politicites to gather, drink beer, and shoot the breeze. 

Over the last few months, we've been airing our show live from the Waterfront Caucus (and whatever bar we happen to be in that month).  Basically, anybody who shows and is willing to sit in our roundtable discussion is welcome. 

This episode is no different.  And the topic, well, it's one of our favorites, the MDGOP.  Is there a civil war brewing? Will Alex Mooney resign before Spring Convention? Can we get our act together by 2014? Burning questions may possibly get answered (or at least be beaten to death).
