Clemente Flores is an artist based in East Harlem, NY. Artist Bio Clemente Flores was born and raised in East Harlem. A self-taught artist, he began to draw and paint in 1985 after his son brought everyone in the family drawing pads except for him. Mr. Flores actively campaigns and encourages members of the Latino Community to engage in art activities. Clemente Flores’ artwork has been exhibited extensively throughout New York City.
