HIV criminalization often disproportionately affects people of color, who are already overburdened by the United States' criminal justice system. In this episode of Positive Radio Network, Mathew and Aaron are joined by Charles Stephens of The Counter Narrative Project, a young black gay men's advocacy group, and Tabias Wilson, a law student at Howard University, to discuss the case of Michael "Tiger Mandingo" Johnson. Johnson was a college wreslter when he was accused of HIV exposure and nondisclosure after sleeping with several white men at his college. Wilson and Stephens will be addressing the particular challenges of Johnson's case and how we can move forward.
