His organization is founded on the belief that every student athlete who has the talent, character, and academic excellence to succeed in and out of the classroom should have an opportunity to go to college. He wants to help them get the exposure they need to get recruited by the top schools in the country and continue their football careers.

He believes that academics are the cornerstone for reaching your goals in life and football is a tool to help you achieve them.
