Continue tomorrowSpecial CLASSROOM DNA   Talk show  with Phyllis Austin…Today  11 am CST / 12 pm EST  Wednesday November 26, 2014 We will sound off on the Non- indictment of Darren Wilson in the murdering of Michael Brown.

Probable cause is a level of reasonable belief, based on facts that can be articulated, that is required to sue a person
in civil court or to arrestand prosecute a person in criminal court. Before a person can be sued or arrested and prosecuted, the civil plaintiff or police and prosecutormust possess enough facts that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the claim or charge is true.

Fact:  Michael Brown was unarmed.

Fact:  Michael Brown’s arms and hands were up.   http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/11/25/witness-michael-brown-said-i-give-up_n_6218986.html

I am a reasonable person and I believe a crime was committed and so does a lot of other people who are reasonable.
