Los Angeles-based Singer/Songwriter DANIEL NAHMOD (www.DanielNahmod.com) has performed his profound, heart-opening original inspirational music for over 500,000 people in 40 U.S. states and Canada since beginning his music career in 1999... selling over 40,000 CDs to date and receiving literally thousands of standing ovations along the way. Daniel's message of peace, love and compassion across all nations, cultures and faiths has found overwhelming acceptance wherever he has performed. He has been featured at interfaith events, environmental fairs, national peace conferences, youth rallies, 9/11 services and benefits. Daniel has presented his spectacular music and message for nearly all of the world’s major faiths, and has worked with some of the most influential and brilliant speakers and leaders in the world --- including Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra, Mark Victor Hansen, Arun Gandh,i and Neale Donald Walsch. Ten of his songs have been recorded by over 20 artists in just the past two years; one of those recordings, "I'll Remember For You", recently reached #56 on the CCM national charts, and his song “You Could Be Fred” appeared on a top-selling jazz CD from Blue Note artist Jackie Allen. In response to last year’s humanitarian crisis in Asia, Daniel organized, produced and hosted two soul-stirring benefit concerts, raising over $15,000 for Operation USA. Daniel's CD, "SACRED LOVE: Songs For The New Worship Generation", was hailed as “pure musical genius”, and extends a powerful invitation to all humanity to join in a common prayer for peace, compassion, inspiration, and love... in the universal language of his extraordinary music. And Daniel’s CD “WATER”,features 11 beautiful, profound songs written under the timeless influence of a three-month stay amongst the red rocks of southern Utah… songs of faith, serenity, and surrender.
