Blaine is an executive coach, management consultant, and organizational development expert. He is President and CEO of Avatar Resources, Inc., a consulting firm I founded in 1987. The firm is based near Seattle and has affiliate offices in five countries. Blaine has served clients in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and North and South America. While living in Japan in the early 1980’s, Blaine managed the business and international consulting division of one of the largest and most successful Human Resource Development and consulting organizations in Asia. He's also an avid fly fisherman and a hopelessly optimistic golfer.
