Good evening 1st I would like to aplogise for last week as there were technical problems there for we did not podcast, lucky for me I have still a recording from last thursday with Michael Healey and I will repodcast this Tuesday April 24 2018.

Now my guest tonight Stepfan Horodecky is a member of Gatehouse board of directors 

Following a career in criminal law at a private practice in Toronto and providing counsel for the Ministry of Correctional Services (MCS) Stepfan currently teaches a course in restorative justice at University of Guelph - Humber (Justice Department) . He has also worked as a corporate policy analyst ,ministry inspector, probation and parole officer, and correctional. counselor at Millbrook Correctional Center for MCS,in addition ,he has worked as a counsellor at St.Leonards Half-Way House. Windsor (CSC) and as a psychiatric assistant (CAMH ,Toronto ) since 2012 < Horodeckj article "Get Smart on Crime -Not Tough on Crime" (Bill C-10) was featured in issue 27.1 of the justice report and he has graced the pages ever since with a number of vivid articles on restorative justice.
