Our guest today is Kim Lemon; a certified Executive Coach, People Strategist, and Facilitator.  She has over 20 years’ Fortune 500 leadership experience (supporting areas including IT, Sales, Operations, Client Services, and Corporate Staff functions).  She has helped leaders to master transition, own and implement their signature leadership presence, drive change, align vision with strategy, and lead and manage diverse management teams.

As a coach, Kim collaborates with executives. She acts as an effective sounding board, truth teller & partner; helping leaders to move their businesses forward with clearer intent & greater speed.  

Prior to forming The Lemon Group, Kim was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase.  She led HR teams and was accountable for HR strategy development, implementation of wide-scale change, and coaching senior leaders.
