Annette Dunlap has 15+ years experience in HR/Recruitment in the Department of Defense, IT, eLearning, Healthcare, Biomedical, Marketing/Sales, Finance/Accounting, and Telecommunications industries. Her recruitment experience includes needs assessment, labor market and demographic analysis, client relationships, vendor management, contract negotiation, diversity strategy development and implementation, and AAP/OFCCP/EEO reporting. 

Currently, she specializes in recruitment consulting for certified small businesses and federal government contracting companies who provide services to the US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Army, and US Air Force.
