Join us this Saturday as we learn from BarBara (BB) Crawford about Tools for Anxiety-Free and Anger-Free Parenting. We will learn about the ways we can acknowledge our issues and help ourselves and our kids.

• As a society we are conditioned to not feel out loud. We learn which feelings are not acceptable like sadness, disappointment, anger, fear etc.

• We push down these feelings ignoring them like beach balls underwater, until we have too many or too tired to adequately hide them. We become reactive; yelling, anger, etc.

• Unfinished emotions of people, places or events become ‘emotional splinters’ trying to work their way to the surface to be acknowledged and felt.

• Emotional self-sufficiency is to no longer avoid feelings. We express how we feel absent of overactive behaviors.

BB Crawford’s an expert Anxiety/Trauma Reduction Coach and MotivACTional Speaker, known for moving audiences to take action. BB’s life successes; 4 phenomenal adult children, Top Leader for Weight Watchers, Executive Recruiter and Certified Anxiety/Trauma Reduction Coach. Training/coaching Troops, families and Vets became BB’s passion.

BB funds her Pro Bono program coaching individuals and companies training/coaching “The ESSential Leadership Life Skills Trainings”. This is her mission to reduce anxiety, stress and emotional overwhelm in the world, especially for our Troops and their families.
