What is the function of the Arizona Foster Care Review Board?  What do they review concerning sons and daughters caught in the Child Protective Services (CPS) system?

Are parents and guardians empowered to give input to the board which would benefit their sons and daughters taken away by CPS?

Cliff and Shelley Hoelz, guests-speakers on Arizona CPS Exposed will tell of their experiences with this board and give input on how they operate and what a healthy foster care review board would "look like."

The Foster Care Review Board sounds like a good idea--who are they and what are they really all about and why it is important for parents to learn how to give effective input when they are scheduled to speak before them.
