Ron Paula Day: HR 3027 radio show is an opportunity for listeners to learn about the stand that presidential hopeful Ron Paul, a libertarian, has on US Government sanctioned beatings in schools throughout the US and its territories.

"The Libertarian creed rests upon one central axiom: That no man or group of men may aggress against the person or property of anyone else.  Aggression is defined as the initiation or use of threat of physical violence against the person or property of anyone else.  Aggression is therefore synonymous with invasion.  If no man may aggress against another, if everyone has the absolute right to be free from aggression, then this at once implies that Libertarians stand four square for what are generally known as civil rights?"  Or don’t they?

What are his beliefs about the US Constitution regarding government paid workers sanctioned to tell US citizens, pre-school through HS, to "bend over" to be struck on their buttocks for gaining their obedience?
