The Natural Bodybuilding Bikini - Figure Divide: An Open Discussion of Concerns

Crystal is a mother of two and works full time as an RDA/CDA for private practice in Nj with special needs children and the general population for the last 14 years. Co owner of Team Synergy training, nutrition, contest prep and quarter turn posing studio. She entered the fitness industry in 2012 as a transformation with a new purpose and passion for life. She is a Figure/ bikini pro with the anbf, Wnbf, nga and NJ state record holder in powerlifting with the USAPL/WNPF. Despite her busy schedule of work, family, and school she still finds time as a board member of the ANBF (American Natural Bodybuilding Federation) and as a judge with many organizations.
