Gwendelyn Kay is a Success Coach, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist specializing in Time Line Therapy and a Laughter Yoga Leader. From a very young age Gwendelyn started to notice that when she would have conversations with people that they would end up having significant changes in their lives. She later became trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy and spent years fine tuning her natural skills to be able to help people make life altering shifts in every aspect of their lives.

Her passion is to help you achieve self-empowerment so that you can live a life that is free, fully engaged and personally successful. For many people there are issues from the past that are stuck and unresolved causing a sense of frustration, depression, failure and hopelessness. Using Time Line Therapy is a powerful tool to relieve and heal issues that are often unknown or seem unmovable to a client.

Learning that power of laughter, Gwendelyn became a Laughter Yoga Leader (Laughter for no reason + Yoga type breathing = Laughter Yoga). Science has proven that Laughter can reduce blood pressure, lift your mood, helps to support a healthy immune system and is really fun! Laughter events relieve stress, anxiety, worry, pain, depression and deepens our sense of connection and community.
