In this episode we talk to west coast rap god, the pioneer of the drunken master style: mighty King Tee. He started in the eighties but captured the 90's with his opus known simply as Tha Triflin' Album which spoke of street life and partying but decidedly was NOT gangster rap even though he produced records for and shared studios with the likes of Ice Cube, Dr. Dre and DJ Quik. Tee went on to co-found the group known as the Alkaholiks with Tash and J-ro and with a new radio venture and book in the works, we got a chance to catch up with the Ledge! We onsomehiphopshit.
