When you say, there should be a law - there comes Gypsy's Law!

Years ago, there was a dream to have a domestic violence registry and the National Domestic Violence Registry was born (see https://www.facebook.com/NationalDVRegistry and http://domesticviolencedatabase.net/).  So far it is being pieced together and has come a long ways, but now it comes to the next level to mandate it just like the Sex Offender Registry, especially for repeat domestic violence offenders.
