Meet Jean - Not Hung Up on Getting Out (rescheduled)

She married when she was 20 and left when she was 32.  Married for 11yrs, she was kept from family and friends, forced to help him run his illegal pirating business, and too scared to breathe without permission.  Bruised ribs, black eyes on her; he also took it out on the kids.  Her son was also used to run his business.  11 years later, after she had left and gone back countless times, the cycle began again, he tried to hang her. By the time she was 32, she became strong enough to have him removed from the house. 

Unfortunately, many in a domestic violence relationship stay in a relationship much too long until something really eye opening makes them say "no more" for good.  Come listen to Jean's story and let her tell her story in her own words to you.
