Spring is in full swing! And like poet Margaret Atwood says above, spring is the time for digging in the dirt and replenishing that wonderful gift that Mother Nature has bestowed upon the world: food. Specifically, food that grows in the ground. Though the advent of stores and markets has allowed most of us to move on from farming, there are still many who cultivate as hobby and craft.
