Donald Sterling Banned: So What?

The NBA’s banned of Donald Sterling... There has much talk about his comments, history, ban, etc. among leaders on all sides.  Not to rehash the racial debate, there is plenty of blame to go around, and there are some notions missing from the debate beyond the obvious/current dialogue on race.  More poignantly, now that Sterling is banned, the question is “So What”?
