"He's Just Not That Into You"

Who hasn't heard or used those words in the last few years? The phrase came from a "Sex And The City" episode from season 6, where Jack Berger tells Miranda, upon her excusing her date's not coming upstairs because of his early meeting the next day, that "he's coming upstairs, meeting or no meeting. He's just not that into you."

Greg Behrendt, stand-up comic, actor, musician, and writer, with co-author, Liz Tuccillo wrote the New York Times #1 best-selling book, "He's Just Not That Into You: The No-Excuses Truth To Understanding Guys," which went on to become the movie in February of this year, with an all-star cast. He and wife Amiira went on to co-author the follow-up book, "It's Called A Break-Up Because It's Broken," and are currently writing a third book titled, "It's Just A Bleeping Date." In addition to his ongoing stand-up touring appearances, he is a member of a self-described "surfish, skanky, cowboy, noir" band, called "The Reigning Monarchs."

Let it be known, however, that Greg Behrendt is a standup comic first and foremost. His comedy resume features HBO's Mantastic, Comedy Central Presents and last year's "Uncool," seen exclusively on Comedy Central, as well as many appearances on late night shows, including "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "The Late Show with David Letterman," "Chelsea Lately," and "Late Night with Conan O'Brien." This fall he will be recording a new special/DVD called "Greg Behrendt: The Guy From Nothing."
