Complex Simplicity 101...have you loved your self lately?

In a society where media perpetuates self-loathing, patriarchy, and negative stereotypes of women of color, I wonder where one begins to define their foundation of self-love (if it didn't start at home). Based on personal experiences, learning to love my self has served to be challenging yet liberating.
