Amy Lynn Frost

Amy Lynn Frost’s, MBA and MA Spiritual Psychology, mission is to inspire, motivate and coach people and organizations to thrive at work and to guide people gracefully through life transitions. Her professional experience has provided her the opportunity to work with thousands of managers and employees dealing with a multitude of workplace related human resource issues (i.e. transitions from promotions, job reassignments, lay offs, dealing with difficult co-workers and employees, and day-do-day changes that impact company morale and productivity). Amy creates and runs Success Teams for youth, mentors, work teams, and cancer patients throughout the country. She co-authored When Work Isn’t Working with Ann Ronan, Ph.D. and Drawing Your Boundaries with Grace with Judy Takano, MA Career Counseling. Her CD “Visualizations to Thrive at Work” helps people with 5-8 minute power visualizations on several key work topics from starting and ending your day to making decisions and working through procrastination. Her day job is National Training Director for the Nonprofit Sector Foundation. She is an accomplished educator, life transition coach, writer, trainer and award-winning facilitator. Amy has worked with employees and managers in several downsizing organizations, helping transitioning employees to cope effectively while creating action plans for their next steps.
