AHOODENSEM Pt. 2: Obosom (Goddess) Aaba-Nekhebet - Breath and the Spirit Ba-Bait

In this episode of ODWIRA, we examine AHOODENSEM, Matters of Health, in the context of ritual invocation of the Spirit, Ba-Bait, through the Breath. The Obosom (Goddess) Aaba in Akan culture, also called Nekhebet in our Ancestral culture of Khanit and Kamit (Nubia and Egypt), Oba in Yoruba and Ayaba in Vodoun, is one of the Eleven Akradinbosom. The Eleven Akradinbosom are the Abosom (Deities) who animate the solar, lunar and planetary bodies governing the 7-Day week. Yet, they also govern the eleven major body systems within the Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African~Black) individual. The Obosom (Goddess) Aaba, governs the heart-lung complex and the aspect of the respiratory system which houses the Ba/Bait, the Spirit and generates the magnetosphere. Aligning with the Obosom Aaba ritually is key to activating the solar-fire of the Spirit, the Ba/Bait, through the breath.

Ahooden, health, in the proper context means to make our bodies instruments which resonate and reverberate the Divine Living Energy placed in us by Ra and Rait (Creator and Creatress).
