In this episode of AMANSEM - Affairs of the Nation, we examine the nature and function of the Obosom (Deity) Tanenet, the Matron Obosom of OBAATAN - Afuraitkaitnit (African) Womanhood. Tanenet is addressed in our book OBAATAN - Afuraitkaitnit Womanhood as a major Obosom of motherhood, protection, childbirth and rebirth. Tanenet is the teacher of the young Afuraitkaitnit female who will grow up to be obaatan, woman, sovereign of herself, her function in Creation, her morality and her domain.
