Addressing the Mattydale youth gang that continues to cause long lasting damage to residents. With law enforcements hands tied, and often times parents do not care, it falls on the county to act when these troubles youths are terrorizing neighborhoods. Sometimes that does not happen and problems persist, especially if everything isnt handled properly from the start. Many residest feel vigilante justice will serve them right.
