School Law Today - The Impact of the Janus Decision

Recently the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Janus v. AFSCME in a 5-4 decision struck down the use of “agency shop” fees, which was established by statute in 22 states, including New Jersey.  What is the impact of this ruling on school districts?
