Join the Nite Caller's crew as we speak with Peter Wiemer of New York. Peter Wiemer has lived in the Chautauqua area for 52 years. After he graduated from Chautauqua Central High School in 76, he and his family purchased We Wan Chu Cottages on Chautauqua Lake in 1979. Peter’s interest in Bigfoot began more than 25 years ago when one of his friends, Larry Battson, released a series of cassette tapes regarding his experience and research in the Bigfoot area. In 2011 Peter asked Larry to assist him in bringing a Bigfoot Conference to Chautauqua Lake as a Tourism Special Event. The first annual Chautauqua Lake Bigfoot (CLBF) Expo took place on May 6th, 2012. This event brought in national Bigfoot speakers from around the country to talk about their knowledge and experience with Bigfoots. The 7th annual CLBF Expo is planned for October 12th & 13th, 2018 at the world-famous YMCA Camp Onyahsa on the shores of Chautauqua Lake. In 2016, I’ve Seen Bigfoot, a documentary movie of Bigfoot eyewitnesses from Chautauqua & Cattaraugus Counties, NY, Warren County, PA and across the USA was written, directed and produced by Joseph Glarner, Mark Robinault & Peter Wiemer. Included in our Movie is an exclusive interview with Bob Gimlin, who was our guest at the 2013 CLBF Expo. In 2017 Peter brought I’ve Seen Bigfoot to iTunes and Amazon for $ 4.99 and Free on Amazon Prime.
