ENOUGH!! We’ve seen post after post about what we need to do, and how we need to respond. What are some things we can do to get better as a country? Well, Nick and Erik in the Monin, for over two years, have been providing the answer to the questions of your communities and your country.

Tomorrow, for Nick and Erik’s first special guest of season 3, Nick and Erik in the Monin will welcome Joe H. Tucker, Jr. Joe is the FOUNDER and MANAGING PARTNER of the Tucker Law Group. He is nationally recognized as a trial lawyer who has tried more than 75 cases to jury verdict in state and federal courts Mr. Tucker is a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, an invitation only trial lawyers organization limited to 500 members. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Tucker was a Certified Public Accountant.

His litigation practice ranges from complex breach of contract, products liability, civil rights and employment discrimination litigation to general liability claims. In addition to representing international and Fortune 100 corporations, Mr. Tucker successfully has represented major colleges and universities in many of their most important matters for more than 20 years.

All of these accomplishments, as well as hundred more have made Mr. Tucker more than equipped to answer our questions around the importance of ownership of both your careers, property, and future, but also mistakes and failures. Nick and Erik will question Mr. Tucker on the events of last week and will get instructions on how to proactively avoid, but also reactively respond to the events like those of Baton Rouge and Minnesota. This show goes down tomorrow. Tune in, its free education.

We are not about dollars. We are about change.
