Networlding Showcase a New Author and Our Writers Workshop

Karen Scarpulla is just finishing her first book called "Walking Towards the LIght. " It is the story of her journey to find forgiveness and help her ex-husband die at home with her and their children.

After her ex-husband passed she found it difficult to return to the daily grind of her career in marketing and sales development.  She also knew that she had a powerful story to share with people.

Her ex-husband and she were divorced in 2005. They had a very contentious relationship and struggled to like each other. On November 15th, 2011 he was diagnosed with Stage 4 esophageal and stomach cancer. Their children did not have a strong relationship with their father and she was concerned he would pass without them having a chance to mend their relationship. He moved back home 30 days later. Karen will share her amazing journey and writing process at our recent writers workshop.
