Branding is about a feeling.  Branding facilitated when a person greets potential customers on the phone or as they walk into your space to the social media messages and sales conversations customers receive. People commonly do not make the purchase because they examine the features and benefits of products and/or services. In fact, buyers make purchases from you and then tell others about you because of the feeling you gave them. So then, how will you go about making your brand more human?
