Libra Hicks, Founder of Our Children's Story

In 2010, Libra founded “Our Children’s Story” in honor of her son Anthony Jr., born with cerebral palsy. Her
organization assists families who care for love ones with disabilities, whether they're children or adults. 
A very dedicated disability community advocate, Libra's love and passion for the special needs community is evident in everything she does.

The mother of two sons born with challenges (one with cerebral palsy, the other with autisum), for the past decade, she has worked hard not only her sons, but the entire special needs community. A staunch supporter and advocate for all parents with families like hers, Libra's mission is to encourage, empower, uplift, inspire and assist others experiencing the same issues and challenges she has encountered in her journey.
