Let’s talk tonight about Aging Gracefully in Good Health. We will talk about why more of us do not keep healthy habits, why it is better for us to begin keeping them as early in our lives as possible, and examples of healthy habits appropriate to every age group, as well as other advice on making big changes in one’s habits and routines.
We chose tonight’s topic specifically because Dr. Mathis has noted a marked uptick in feedback from his patients that many of them who had not been practicing healthy habits for quite a long time were berating themselves for the consequences later in life.
We wanted to raise this question for our listeners, and encourage you to adopt healthy habits as early as possible, to minimize the consequences to your health as you age. We want to help you reduce your health regrets and facilitate as many healthy years as possible for you. We’ll talk about WHY this matters, and how to get on the right track as soon as possible.
