On This Week In College Basketball are AARON KELTON head football coach at Williams College in Massachusetts who was undefeated in his first season this year. He was featured in December 2010 issue of Sports Illustrated. He will talk about the challenges and struggles and successes of being a Black coach in college football. JOANNA MCLENDON is also a guest. She is the wife of Basketball Hall of Fame coach JOHN MCLENDON. Mrs McLendon has carried on the legacy of her husband by speaking often around the country on equal opportunity, education and black college sports. She is a career educator herself who has taught in Cleveland schools, been an administrator, education consultant and member of many civic associations and organizations.
