Join Host Joe Lisi (former ABC Sports college football researcher and owner of Goforthe2.com) as he speaks with former FSU Seminole and Saints, Cowboys and Broncos OG Montrae Holland.
Holland was a standout in Tallahassee for the Seminoles from 1998-2002. He was a 3x All-ACC selection and became 4th round draft pick (102 overall) in the 2003 NFL draft by the New Orleans Saints. Holland played from 2003-2006 with New Orleans and head coach Jim Hasslet.
In 2007, Holland played for the Denver Broncos before being traded to the Dallas Cowboys in 2008. He played from 2008-2011 for the Cowboys and played in 99 games in his career-starting 60 of those games.
Holand had great hands and technique in playing his position. He played the game with intensity and was very strong at the point of attack.
