Jennifer talks to Keith Goodwin about Healing Alchemy

This week Jennifer talks to Keith Goodwin from Healing Alchemy. Keith explains how he was drawn towards his healing path many years ago. Keith now runs a healing Centre, at Eight Ash Green, Nr. Colchester, Essex. He puts on courses, workshops as well as attending Mind Body and Soul events. He originally trained as a healing through the Natural Federation of Spiritual Healers and he was also a teacher for the NFSH.  Keith has recently launched a CD called Healing Ourselves and the Earth Spirit which is great for individuals or groups. Keith is a natural Shaman being very connected to nature and believing the necessity for us as humans to heal by connecting from the earth upwards. This is a very interesting and insightful interview, where Keith engages us in a fabulous meditation to re-balance our energies. Keith also explains about engaging in the process of alchemy which basically means transformation.We talk about healing with our ancestors and how their energies can sometimes interplay with our own causing us to feel stuck. Patterns can be held within that are basically passed down from generation to generation. Fascinating information!
