It's important to BE YOU on Purpose! But how do you do that? Well, it begins when we are young knowing who we are and it continues into adulthood so that we can become everything we were meant to be...Amazing Women!

Monica Ware is a mentor, writer, and the founder and publisher of Be You! Girl Magazine. The magazine’s mission is to empower girls to love themselves, love life, and empower them to change their world! Be You! Girl Magazine inspires girls to be the best You God created You to be!

Monica’s love of writing led her to discover her gift of poetry and penning inspirational messages. Her talents and gifts opened the door to create a newsletter for women titled EVE: Empowering Virtue & Excellence. EVE was inspired from Monica’s truthfulness to be honest about her life and the struggles she overcame. Monica likes to say, “I’m not ashamed of anything and I praise God for everything!” The ministry of EVE spanned the globe, encouraging faithful readers in the United States, Europe, and Japan.

As a Big Brothers-Big Sisters volunteer and youth leader for over 20 years, Monica has served faithfully with children from the nursery to teen ministry. “My passion is working with the youth. I want to encourage them to make good choices in life and not go through the same mistakes I’ve made!” Her passion of working with teenagers and encouraging them to make the right decisions is birthed out of personal experience. Monica overcame sexual abuse and attempted rapes in both high school and college. “I’ve made a lot of mistakes, but my mistakes don’t determine my future! My choices in life determine my future!”

Originally from Lake Wales, Florida, Monica has lived in Europe and Asia as a proud military wife. She now resides in Tennessee with her husband Nathaniel, three sons Nate, Gabriel and Daniel.
