Q & A call-in discussion with a survivor-professional, using an OPEN MIKE forum. We'll feature a survivor-professional co-host who'll field topics brought to the episode by you, the listener. ~~ Tonight the special co-host will be Dr Debra Warner from Los Angeles, Forensic Psychologist and professor at the Los Angeles campus of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. 'Dr Deb' is well known to NAASCA members and we welcome her back to the show. Among other things, she is known as a male trauma expert, spouse of a male survivor and author of 'His History, Her Story: a Survival Guide for Spouses of Male Survivors of Sexual Abuse and Trauma'. Tonight we'll be promoting her upcoming participation in the FBI's Community Outreach program on January 25, 2021, on ZOOM, a conference on 'Community Collaboration & Human Trafficking' from 2pm to 4pm PAC time. The event is FREE to the community. Currently, Dr Deb's research focuses on diversity issues connected to forensic community mental health and male survivor trauma. ~~ On these episodes we welcome various co-hosts, survivor-professionals who'll assist in fielding questions and lead a variety of topics suggested by our call-in participants. Their trauma-informed perspectives as survivor-professionals will help them guide discussions on the issues of child abuse, trauma and healthy human sexuality that spring from questions and topics brought to us by our listeners. ~~ Everyone's invited to engage on tonight's show. ~~ Please visit the NAASCA.org web site.
