CHELSEY R. ROBINSON, Democrat for Cook County Circuit Court Judge

CHELSEY R. ROBINSON was born and raised in the Roseland Community of Chicago.  She is a graduate of Howard University and Loyola University - Chicago School of Law.  Chelsey is a founding partner of the law firm Owens & Robinson and the legal consultant for the nationally syndicated court television show, the Judge Mathis Show. She is a member of the NAACP Chicago Southside where she serves as the First Vice President and the Chair of the Criminal Justice Committee. She is a member of the 5th District Pastoral Subcommittee and COAL. She is also a board member of Georgia Doty Comprehensive Health. For the past 25 years, she has handled criminal defense matters.
