Photobucket Representative Scott served three and a half years on the Capital School District Board of Education and has served, since 2008, in the General Assembly as the State Representative for 31st District. He serves as vice-chairman of the Education committee and Chairman of the Telecommunications, Internet and Technology committee and a member of the Gaming and pari-mutuel and Health and Human Development committees. He has degrees in Economics and Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University. Representative Scott’s strong ties to the community are reflected in the numerous volunteer activities he’s undertaken. As a parent, Representative Scott has been involved with the Parent Teacher Organization at his sons’ schools, participated on numerous school committees, coached with the Central Delaware Soccer Association and held a seat on the Board of Directors for the Elizabeth W. Murphey School in Dover and currently serves on the board for Reading Assist Institute. He is currently Director of Account Operations at Sitel located in Milford DE. Representative Scott and his wife Carol live in Dover and have two sons.
