Meïa is an award-winning Spanish jazz singer, songwriter and actress now making a name for herself in New York City while picking up awards in California. Her song “Be Gentle my Love won the Best Music Award at the Aphrodite Film Awards in New York. She won "Best Original Score", “Best Screenplay” and “Best Music Video” in Hollywood’s “Pinnacle Film Awards" with her song “Beyond the angle of horror”. She also picked up an Honorable Mention for the Best Music Video at the Independent Shorts Awards in  L.A.  and Best Music Video Award at the Malibu West International Awards in California. Until the quarantine she was performing in many of New York’s top clubs like the Rockwood Music Hall and Studio 51, plus music festivals throughout Spain. If that wasn’t enough she has performed as an actress in National Theatres in Spain such as Teatre Romea, Teatre El Jardí, Teatre Fortuny, Teatro Gayarre...and at film and theater festivals with top Spanish directors.
