Neffe Pugh stars on BET's reality docu-drama, "Frankie & Neffe," a spin-off of "Keisha Cole: ALL IN," on which she also starred. Neffe Pugh is the sister of R&B singer Keyshia Cole.

Born Neffeteria Pugh, of Oakland, California, Pugh fought to win the title of the average female "making it out the hood;" and as she stands today, she has won that battle.

As a product of the streets of the East side of Oakland, Neffe never had the opportunity to experience a family-oriented environment.

Now residing in the heart of Atlanta with her children, mother and little sister Elite Noel, Neffe feels that she can breathe a bit easier than she could in Oakland. Currently striving for stardom herself, with appearances, hosting events and working on a new reality show with mother Frankie Lons, Neffe holds no grudges and has no regrets about her bumpy ride to the top. "If I can do it all over again, I wouldn't do anything different because I wouldn't be who I am today,"
