Boo! Horror expert A.J. Hakari takes on Michael Myers and the Halloween film franchise during this visit to Movie Addict HQ. Also known as The Mad Movie Man, Hakari has written movie reviews and film commentary for such outlets as Terror Tube, Classic Movie Guide, Review Express, ReelTalk Movie Reviews and his own popular blog CineSlice.

The Michael Myers saga began back in 1978 with the release of John Carpenter's scary Halloween, which spawned an additional eight movies. Many horror fans believe that Michael Myers is the most evil character on film. If so, in what way is he more frightening than such villainous icons as Hannibal Lecter, Darth Vader, Dracula, The Mummy, etc.? Hakari plans to cover that topic as well as the popularity of the Halloween movies, how they have influenced the horror genre, the best and worst offerings of this franchise, importance of the theme music, standout performances in the Halloween films, and the Rob Zombie reboot of the franchise.
