David Cobb and George Friday, two members of the Move To Amend Executive Committee on the Coffee Party Internet Radio Show Politics Done Right. David discussed California’s passage of AJR 22, the resolution calling for the overturn of Citizens United. More importantly he discussed why the resolution was but an extremely small step toward our central goal, Move to Amend’s (MTA) central goal of a constitutional amendment to effectively removing money’s influence in politics by specifying that corporations are not persons and specifying that money is not speech.
