Selecting your Real Estate Team

We will be discussing who makes up your real estate team and what parts of the real estate transaction each person is responsible for. The main players include the real estate agent, closing attorney, home inspector, home appraiser, Home owners insurance agent and most importantly, the mortgage lender. All job functions should work closely with each other to make sure the process goes smoothly and that the purchase transaction closes on time.
