This week we continue our discussion of the Convention of States and how a Convention of States differs from the picture painted by the Convention of States Project. We will directly address the question of whether or not the Convention of 1787 was or wasn't a "runaway convention" and - far more importantly - whether the upcoming Convention might produce the same results.
